2. Data We Collect
We collect the following personal data:
- Project inquiry form submissions: name, email, and your message (required); company, budget, and timeline (optional)
- Emails, Telegram messages, and calls you send us
- Basic technical data in hosting logs (IP address, request time) kept by our hosting provider for security and operations
- Aggregated usage statistics — only if you accept analytics cookies
- Your cookie preferences
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
- Responding to your inquiry and preparing a proposal — steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us
- Performing a contract when you engage us
- Analytics — only with your consent, withdrawable at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer
- Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest
Name, email, and message are required to answer an inquiry; without them the form cannot be sent. All other fields are optional.
4. Recipients and Processors
Your data is processed on our behalf by:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting, logs, and Web Analytics / Speed Insights (analytics load only after consent)
- Resend (USA) — delivery of form notification emails
- respond.io — the shared inbox / CRM where inquiries arrive and are answered
These providers process data outside Montenegro, including in the European Union and the United States, under their respective data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Retention
- Inquiry data: 12 months after our last exchange, unless we enter a business relationship (then for the duration of the relationship plus statutory record-keeping periods)
- Cookie preference: 1 year (the cnctd_consent cookie)
- Hosting logs: short rotation periods set by the hosting provider
- Analytics: aggregated, not tied to your identity
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and receive a copy
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data processed unlawfully or no longer needed
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time (for analytics — via Cookie Settings in the footer)
To exercise these rights, write to hello@cnctd.me. We respond within 15 days as required by the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act (within one month where the EU GDPR applies).
7. Supervisory Authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP), Podgorica — azlp.me. If the EU GDPR applies to you, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.
8. Other
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children's data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. If we materially change this policy, we will update the version and date at the top of this page.
